Get everybody out of the room and find the stopcock. If you cannot find it, ring anyway and we will talk you to it while the van is moving. Most of these are a failed compression joint or a nail through a pipe from somebody's flooring.

Stop using every tap and toilet in the building. We arrive with jetting gear and a camera on the same van, so we clear it and then show you on screen what caused it, which matters when the blockage is on a shared run.

Gas Safe registered, and we carry the parts that actually fail: diverter valves, PCBs, pumps and fans for the common Worcester, Vaillant, Ideal and Baxi units. If it needs a part we do not have, you get temporary heaters that night at no charge.
